It was painted with Annie Sloan’s chalk paint ‘Old White’ and ‘Paris Grey’.
Protected with clear acrylic varnish.
It has a hand distressed shabby chic finish to the paint work.
PRINTING
To achieve even more shabby chic look on this bureau, we printed a vintage French advert on the top.
This was original old advertising for Violet Candies. We have used technique of screen printing and Annie Sloan’s ‘Paris Grey’ paint. Image we used was taken from Graphics Fairy website.

Hi. I really enjoyed your tutorial on water side decal and have ordered all the products. I would love to learn about the screen printing. Well you be posting a tutorial or is there a site to look at? I also liked at graphic fairy but did not see that there. Thank you
